Deep Tissue Massage

When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there are usually adhesions
(bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons and ligaments.  Adhesions can
block circulation and cause pain, limited movement and inflammation.  Deep tissue

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are very common in muscles and may have been caused by trauma,
an injury from a fall or accident, poor posture or overexertion.  Slow, controlled,
static pressure is applied to the “trigger points” to deactivate, eliminate pain
and to re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits.  Common results are:
increased range of motion, flexibility, circulation and coordination improvement.

Neuromuscular Therapy

This form of massage therapy as an effective treatment, particularly for back pain
caused by soft tissue injury (such as a muscle strain). Pain is the result of the
muscle lacking proper blood flow, usually due to muscle spasm. Through massage,
the muscle relaxes and blood and oxygen are replenished to the area.
Neuromuscular therapy assists in bringing balance between the muscles, the

Fascia is actually a structure that exists from head to foot without interruption.
In this way you can begin to see that each part of the entire body is connected to
every other part by the fascia forming an endless web encasing your musculature
and organs.  Pain and restrictions may be caused by disruptions or adhesions in the
fascia.  Myofascial Release is intended to release restrictions and restore normal
